  3. CPP Fone Care C/o CPP Assistance Services Pvt. Ltd. Ground Floor, Wing-A Golf View Corporation Tower-A, Golf Course Road, Sector 42, Gurugram through its Customer Service Head.

Present:     Complainant Sh. Pawan Kumar appear in person alongwith Sh. Pardeep Harit, Advocate.

                Sh. Chand Ram, Advocate for OP No. 3.

 

                 Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 2 made a statement that the matter has been compromised between the parties in Pre National Lok Adalat and as per the compromise he agree to pay Rs.4466/- to the complainant Pawan Kumar within 15 days from today. 

                Complainant Sh. Pawan Kumar son of Sh. Ram Kumar  made a statement that in view of the statement suffer by Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 2 i.e. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Ltd. and he accept a sum of Rs.4466/- from OP No. 2. So, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied in Pre national Lok Adalat.

Heard. In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for opposite party No. 2 and statement of complainant, the present complaint is hereby disposed off being compromised in Pre National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are bound by their own statements. Copy of this order be sent to both the parties free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
