On 28.10.2022 complainant had made a statement that he has compromised the matter with OP no.1 and has received Rs.9600/- from OP no.1 and as such he gave up OP no.1 he also made a statement that he has also compromised the matter with OP no.2 and has received Rs.4000/- in cash from OP no.2 and nothing remains due towards OP no.2. Since the President was on leave on 28.10.2022 and the quorum was not complete, therefore case was adjourned for today for consideration.

               Since the matter has been compromised by the complainant with both OPs and he has received Rs.9600/- from OP no.1 and Rs.4000/- from OP no.2 and nothing remains due towards the OPs, therefore, the complaint stands dismissed as no further action is required to be taken by this Commission. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
