Complainant and Opposite Party filed compromise today  which has been attested by this Forum on the same date.  Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP will pay compensation of Rs. 25,000/- to the complainant along with the purchase value of the fans i.e. Rs. 7758/- and the complainant will return the fans purchased from the OP to the opposite party within 15 days from today failing which an additional interest of Rs. 10 % p.a. will be payable on the above amount from the date of this order till payment.
Hence the case is decided as settled. Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law and a copy be kept on separate file.  File be consigned to record room.
