ORDER:                     

              Statement of Sh. Sachin Kumar Sinha, Asstt. Zonal Manager, Bajaj Capital Ins. Broking ltd. For J.D.No.1 recorded to the effect  that in compliance of order dt. 12.04.2021 passed by this Commission they have paid an amount of Rs.2180/- in cash to the D.H. Statement of the D.H. Complainant also recorded to the effect that he has received an amount of Rs.2180/- in cash and now. He does not want to proceed with the present execution petition further  and withdraws the same being fully satisfied. In view of the statement  of the DH complainant, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
