Heard Sh. R.S. Chadha, AR on behalf of OP. Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for the complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 15.10.2018 &17.12.2018 consecutively. Several calls have been given since morning. But none on behalf of the complainant has appeared. Moreover, AR for OP has filed copy of acknowledgement dated 02.09.2018 signed by Sh. Mukesh Kumar, brother of the complainant to the effect that he had received motor bike (Pulsar) bearing registration no. DL-11-SP-2181 after repair from OP on behalf of the complainant.
It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of the complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above. File be consigned to record room.
