ORDER

Attendance on behalf of both the parties filed through their respective advocates. Record is fixed for cross examination of the complainant by the OP. Learned advocate for the complainant submitted that complainant is not available today for facing cross examined. He further informed that in the light of OP’s petition date 28.10.2023 offer three free services to settle the dispute involved in this case is acceptable to him hence the case may be disposed off in the light of the offer given by the OP. In view of the above said facts the case is disposed off with a direction to the OP to give three months from the date of receipt of this order. Let a copy of this order be sent to the OP through registered post with A/D at the cost of the complainant. Complainant mst file the requisites of notices and CC of order to be sent to the OP within seven days from date of this order with the above said directions and the condition the present complaint is disposed off without any order as to cost of litigation or compensation for physical and harrassment suffered by the complainant.
