None is present for the petitioner On the last date of hearing, i.e., 20th March, 2012 neither of the party was present and accordingly on 07-05-2012 notice by registered post AD was issued to both the parties but AD card has not been received. Since 30 daystime has elapsed, notice shall be deemed to have been served. As no one is present on behalf of the petitioner, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
