O R D E R

Petitioner has filed this Review Application seeking review of order dated 23.08.11 by which the Revision Petitions filed by the Petitioner were dismissed and the order of the State Commission was upheld.  It was held that the Respondent could re-possess the vehicle as the Petitioner defaulted in making the payment.  That the vehicle was sold after issuing the pre-sale notice.

An order can be reviewed only if there is a mistake apparent on the face of the record.  We have dismissed the Revision Petitions on the basis of evidence present on record. We do not find any mistake apparent on the face of the record. No ground for review is made out.  Dismissed.

Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the Petitioner.
