05.07.2022                Put up the case record on the strength of put up petition filed by the O.P as it is fixed for further order on dt.06.07.2022. The complainant is present personally and files one withdrawal petition in shape of affidavit. The O.P also files a petition on the ground that both parties have been amicably settled outside the Commission and prayed that the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further.

                                    In view of compromise petition as the complainant do not want to proceed with the case further the case is hereby dropped as withdrawn.
