The record is put up on the basis of a petition filed by the J/dr.

The Ld. Advocates of both sides are found present on call.

On consent of both sides, the petition dated 26.11.18 filed by the J/dr. is taken up for hearing and order.

Heard both sides over the said petition.  Perused  the petition and considered.

The Ld. Advocate appearing for the D/hr. has made an endorsement on the margin of the said petition to the effect “No Objection”. Since “No objection” has been received from the Ld. Advocate appearing for the D/hr., there is no bar in allowing the said application dated 26.11.18 and to drop this Execution Case.

Hence,

            It is ordered

                                    That the Execution Case be and the same is dropped in full satisfaction.  Recall the W/A issued against the J/drs.  The record need not be put up on 28.01.19. 

The Execution Case is thus disposed of accordingly.
