ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under:- 1. O.P. is directed to issue NOC to the complainant, addressed to the concerned RTO to remove the entry of hypothecation from the registration book, in respect of vehicle No.KA-09-EA-3318. 2. O.P. is shall issue such letter within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. The original NOC should be sent to the concerned RTO under registered post, and copy of the same should be sent to the complainant also by RPAD. 3. If O.P. fails to do so, it is hereby declared that complainant is not liable to pay any amount to the O.P. and on the basis of this order, the complainant is entitled to get such entry deleted in the office of the RTO. 4. In case of such failure to issue NCC within one month, the O.P. is liable to pay damages of Rs.3000/- to the complainant with cost of Rs.1000/-. 5. Send the copy of this order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under COP.
