The parties have settled the dispute and made statement which is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Balwinder Singh, Advocate for OP. The complainant has been paid Rs.32,700/- by way of payinst cheque no.554330 dated 17.09.2010 drawn on HDFC Bank in his name and therefore his claim against the OP-company stands fully satisfied and nothing remains due and NO Due Certificate against the proposal number 424102725 and 424103925 is also handed over to the complainant/DH. Thus, the present execution may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Statement of Sh.Surinder Kumar, complainant/DH.
