            The complainant himself is present. Ld. Advocate of the complainant and the OP No.1 are present.

            Heard both sides. Both the complainant Shaifuddin Sahana and the OP No.1 Bajaj Auto Finance, an unit of Bajaj Finance Limited, Kolkata Region filed a joint petition stating that the OP has handed over the “No Due Certificate” to the complainant and the OP also agreed to take proper step for making civil score of the complainant good as early as possible. Therefore, the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case further. One Xerox copy of the “No Due Certificate” has been filed.

            Accordingly it is

            that this case be and the same is disposed of in view of the above settlement.

            Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
