                        Today the case was fixed for evidence of complainant being last opportunity. Case called several times since morning but no one appeared on behalf of complainant. It is 3.30 P.M. From the perusal of order sheet, it is appraised that complainant is not appearing from last four (4) hearing. The case pertains to the year 2013. It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue the present complaint whereas the evidence of the OPs has already been closed vide order dated 09.09.2016. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
