Matter has been settled for Rs.14,000/- by which OP1 submits that he would make the payment to the complainant. Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that after receiving the payment of Rs.14,000/- from OP1, the complainant would not pressing his claim against other OPs. Therefore OP1 is directed to make payment of Rs.14,000/- to  the complainant w.r.t. the subject matter of the present complaint within 30 days from today.

The matter is disposed off as settled in these terms against all the OPs.
