ORDER

                   Vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant has been filed. An application for release of the amount of Rs.1,92,009/- along with interest has been filed on behalf of the OP-applicant. Sh. J.S. Jassi, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the misc. application that he has no objection, if the amount be released in favour of the OP- applicant.

                   As per office report, an amount of Rs.1,92,009/- deposited in the account of the District Forum vide demand draft No.114143, dated 20.06.2015. 

                   In view of the no objection, the amount of Rs.1,92,009/- along with interest, if any accrued thereon, is ordered to be released in favour of the OP- applicant (Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd.). The application stands disposed off. Office to take necessary action for the release of the amount.

                        Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
