Poonam Aggarwal   Vs. M/s Bajaj Allianz General Insurance co.Limited and others.

 

 

Present:       Sh Gulshan Kumar Advocate for the complainant.

 

                     The complaint presented. It be checked and registered.            

                 

2.               The learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that he does not want to pursue the present complaint due to some technical reasons and permission be given to file a afresh in the proper court and withdraws the same. His statement in this regard has been recorded separately.

 

3.                  In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. However, permission is granted to the complainant to file afresh suit before the court of competent jurisdiction. The file consigned to the record room after due compliance.
