ORDER:

File taken up today on the application moved by the complainant. Learned counsel for DH has made statement that he has received a DD No. 045520 dated 27.11.2018 amounting Rs. 20659/- from the JD in compliance of the order under execution. Non bailable warrants issued on 16.11.2018 be recalled back. Hence, DH does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and withdraw the same being fully satisfied

In view of statement by learned counsel for DH present application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
