                  Report made by the Accountant perused, according to which an amount of Rs.329953/- was deposited by the opponent before this commission on 2.3.2017 and the said amount is lying undisbursed in the commission.  Same is hereby ordered to be paid to the complainants in equal shares through account payee cheque against proper receipt and taking ID proofs and record of the present execution petition be sent to the records, treating it fully satisfied.
