Shri Vikas bakshi, counsel for JD No.1.

Shri Varinder Behl, counsel for JD No.2.

                  

                   An application for putting up the case file has been filed on the ground that JD wants to comply with the order dated 19.03.2018 and will handover the compliance cheque to the DH today. Heard. Keeping in view the facts mentioned in the application, same stands allowed.

                   File taken up.

                   Fresh power of attorney on behalf of DH filed.

                        Shri Vikas Bakshi, counsel for JD No.1 suffered his separate statement to the effect that in compliance of the order under execution, JD has handed over a cheque bearing no.001144  dated  19.05.2021  to the DH. The JD had filed an appeal against the order passed by this Commission but the same has been dismissed. Now no appeal is pending before any court of law.

                   On the other hand, DH suffered her separate statement to the effect that she has received the awarded amount alongwith interest vide cheque bearing No.001144 dated 19.05.2021, amounting to Rs.12,54,486/- from the JD/OP no.1 today. Nothing is due towards against the JD. Therefore, she withdraws the present execution application being fully satisfied.

          In view of statement of DH, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
