Petitioner No. 1 appearing in person submits that he has no enough means and resources to afford counsel and if an amicus curiae may be provided, it will help him to get justice. Mr. Syed Hasan Isfahani, Advocate (Chamber No. 83, FF Patiala House Court, New Delhi, 9990067910, 9312574672 e-mail hasanisfahani@gmail. com) who is present in the court volunteers his services to act as amicus curiae to assist the Bench on behalf of the petitioners. He is appointed as amicus curiae to represent the petitioner Mr. Syed Hasan Isfahani has submitted that he will render his services pro bono but it appears just that he may be provided remuneration as per rules. The Registrar is requested to make the remuneration to the learned amicus curiae for representing the petitioners as per the rules as prescribed in this regard. Learned amicus curiae submits, on instructions, that he wishes to withdraw the second appeal with liberty to file a revision petition in its place. In view of the submissions made the second appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. It may be observed that in case the revision petition is filed within six weeks from today the period taken from today onwards in filing the revision petition shall not be counted towards period of limitation. It may be observed that certified copies, if any, filed along with this second appeal may also be returned as per rules. |
