The Ld. Advocate for the complainant accompanied by the complainant, is present.

Ld. Advocate for the OPs is also present.

Heard both sides.

Both parties submitted that this case  has amicably been settled in between them and both of  them agreed that the OPs shall refund Rs. 56,000/-(Rupees fifty six thousand) only to the  complainant by  way of bank draft/NEFT within one month from the date of order and the complainant has no objection as well as no further demand in this case.

Hence, it is

ORDERED

that the OPs are directed to refund a sum of Rs. 56,000/- /-(Rupees fifty six thousand) only to the complainant by way of bank draft/NEFT to the complainant within one month from the date of this order.

Thus, this case is disposed of in terms of the compromise between the parties.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
