Present: Shri Vishal Goel, counsel for the complainant.

Shri Vikas Bakshi, counsel for the OPs.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for arguments.

                At this stage, Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, OPs are ready to pay Rs.29.597 being the refund of premium amount and Rs.15,000 over and above the sum assured. The said compromised amount will be paid by the opposite parties within 45 days from the date of passing the order.  

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate a statement to the effect that the matter has been compromise with the OPs and as per the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs, he do not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

               In view of statement of the learned counsel for both parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
