Present: Shri Sandeep Chauhan, counsel for the complainant.

Shri Vikas Bakshi, counsel for the OPs.

                 

                Today the case was fixed for evidence of the OPs and compromise. Compromise effected.

                 Learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromised between the parties and as per the compromise, OPs are ready to pay Rs.19 lacs being the sum assured and Rs.25,000 over and above the sum assured. The compromise amount will be paid by the opposite parties within 45 days from the date of passing the order.  

                On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant also suffered his separate a statement to the effect that the matter has been compromise with the OPs and as per the statement of the learned counsel for the OPs he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same.

               In view of statement of the learned counsel for both parties, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
