Heard the learned counsel for the opposite parties Manish Kumar Singh as well as counsel for the complainant Amit Kumar.
Today a preliminary objection has been filed by opposite parties, the copy of which has been received by learned counsel for the complainant. However, at the time of hearing of this case the learned counsel for the complainant has stated that he will confined his prayer to Para – 15 (A) of his complaint petition which is as follows, “to direct the opposite p[arties to consider and dispose of the applications of the complainant by a reasoned and speaking order.”
The learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection if the order is passed with the respect to prayer relating to Para – 15 (A).
Heard the parties with regard to only prayer made in Para – 15 (A) and we think it proper to pass the order with regard to prayer Para – 15 (A) of the complaint petition without entering into the merit of this case.
The complainant has filed this
complaint petition with grievance that he has not received the policy document from the opposite parties despite having paid the entire premium.
Hence, we direct the complainant to file a representation before opposite party no. 2 and 3 within the period of one month from the date of receipt of this order or certified copy of this order and if the aforesaid representation is filed the opposite party no. 2 and 3 are directed to pass reasoned order on the representation filed the complainant within the period of one month from the date of filing of representation of the complainant in accordance with law and communicate it to complainant.
