Complaint is allowed in part directing the opponent nos.1 and 2 jointly and severally to refund Rs.12,000/- with interest at 8% from 10-01-2009 within eight weeks from the date of this order. Failing which, they are liable to pay the punitive damages of Rs.10,000/- to the complainant. Under the circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to bear their own costs.
