EA No.2 of 2016.

Sukhjinder Kaur vs. Bajaj Allianz.

         Today the case is fixed for awaiting further order from the Hon’ble National Commission.  We have perused the order dated 6.5.2017 passed by the Hon’ble National Commission which is as follows

“Operation of the impugned order dated 16.12.2016 passed by the State Commission is stayed till the next of hearing subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with the District Forum concerned within four week”. 

         In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission, the JDs have deposited the amount of Rs.100,000/- in this Forum.  Now we have ascertained the status of the RP No.823 of 2017 from the website of  Hon’ble National Commission with regard to RP No.823 of 2017 and found that the same is still pending before the Hon’ble National Commission and fixed for 1.11.2018.  In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble National Commission, the present execution petition stands adjourned sine die.  The DH shall  at liberty to get it restored after the decision of the revision.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
