The complaint is allowed in part with cost of Rs.1,000/- directing the opponent nos.1,2 and 4 to pay jointly and severally a sum of Rs.1,30,000/- (Rs.1,25,000 +Rs. 5,000 ) together with interest at the rate of 8% from the date of complaint within 8 weeks from the date of this order. The complaint as against opponent no.3 stands dismissed without cost.
