          It is reported by this office that as per orders dated 23.5.2019, the amount of Rs. 14,53,917/- has been released to Ninder Kaur vide cheque No. 386515-16 dated 23.5.2019 after verification after verification. Ld. counsel for the applicant has made the following statement

          “Stated that the applicant has received amount of Rs. 14,53917/- vide two cheques from this Forum vide two cheque Nos. 386515-16 dated 23.5.2019 and I withdraw the present application at this stage.”

          In view of the ibid statement, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
