          Record is put up for passing order in regard to admission of the appeal.

          Having heard the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant in the matter and perusing the impugned order vis-à-vis the materials on record, there is found to be no gross irregularity in the impugned order. Further, the Appellant duly deposited the cheque so given by the Respondent of Rs.20,014/- dated 19.01.2013 with his Banker, namely, State Bank of India, but belatedly  on 30.04.2013. Being out of date, it was dishonoured only as the instrument became stale; he, however, being professedly a legal practitioner. The appeal is  without  any kind of merit.

Hence, the appeal is not admitted.

Consequently, the appeal stands dismissed.
