ORDER

     Case taken up through video conferencing in the light of Covid-19 pandemic situation and as per instructions issued by Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     In the present complaint, there was no specific amount mentioned in the prayer clause by the complainant. Thus, the office could not requisite the court fee. E-mail received from the complainant mentioning his claimed amount.

     At this stage, request for withdrawal of the case received from the complainant through e-mail and placed on file. In view of the request received, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh with better particulars. Postal order of Rs.100/- annexed with the complaint and additional sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant. Original documents, if any, be also returned to the complainant after retaining its photocopy.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
