In view of filed a memo by  Complainants  though their counsel and stating that the matter is settled amicable for Rs.9,00,000/- (Nine lakhs only) and paid the same by opposite party, vide D.D. No. 022755 of Axis Bank branch Nizamabad to the complainants as full satisfaction and prayed to dismiss the case as not pressed. Hence the case is suo moto advanced from 03/02/2015 to 22/01/2015 and DISMISSED the case as not pressed. No costs.
