          Complaint under Section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986

                              Today, the case was fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties and the OPs had delivered the cheque. He withdraw the present complaint, subject to clearance of cheque placing on record duly received copy of cheque.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file afresh complaint, as per law. Assistant of this Commission is directed to handover the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining photocopies of the same on the file, on proper receipt and verification. Certified copy of the order be sent to the complainant, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room.
