          Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

“Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the opposite party i.e. Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company has made the payment of Rs. 2,70,000/- through demand draft No. 045721 dated 4.5.2023 payable in the name of Jagwinderjit Singh Grewal (complainant). Now nothing is due of the complainant of opposite parties and claim has been fully satisfied and the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised.”

          In view of above statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
