      Ltd./OP1 to OP4 alongwith counsel Sh.Rakesh Sharma, Advocate.

      Sh.Vishal Dua, Advocate for OP5.

 

                   Ld. counsel for OP5 has produced the copy of the affidavit of Sh.Kulwant Singh s/o Karnail Singh/OP5 alongwith document Ex.RW5/A. The same be placed on file. Sh.Sandeep Kumar, BOH, of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd. has come present and has suffered a ‘statement that he has brought the DD no.084671 dated 16.5.15 amounting to Rs.66,491/- towards the full and final settlement in the present case for payment to the complainant Kulwant Singh. Now nothing is pending towards the complainant Kulwant Singh any kind of amount in future.

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Kulwant Singh has suffered a statement he has received DD no.084671 dated 16.5.15 amounting to Rs.66,491/- towards the full and final payment and now nothing is pending towards the OP1 to OP4 and he will not claim any kind of amount from the OP1 to OP4. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as fully satisfied. Copy of the Driving License of the complainant and copy of the cheque are attached. File be consigned to record room.
