Present:       Complainant Satish Kumar in person alongwith his counsel

                   Today, case is fixed for filing written statement. At this stage, Sh.Rakesh Sharma, Adv. for OPs has suffered a statement that in view of compromise with the complainant, he has tendered cheque bearing no.361531 dated 3.12.14 amounting to Rs.2,27,845/- and cheque bearing no.073068 dated 17.12.14 amounting to Rs.8345/- against the claim of the complainant in full and final. These cheques have been delivered to the complainant Sh.Satish Kumar. Photocopies of the same are placed on court file.  

                   On the other hand, complainant Sh.Satish Kumar has suffered a statement that he has read the statement of Ld. counsel for respondents, which is admitted and he has received cheque bearing no.361531 dated 3.12.14 amounting to Rs.2,27,845/- and cheque bearing no.073068 dated 17.12.14 amounting to Rs.8345/- against his claim in full and final. As such, he withdraws the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn.

                   In view of statement suffered by complainant Sh.Satish Kumar, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room.
