Ld. lawyer of complainant files power. Heard ld. lawyer of complainant and perused the documents and we find that complainant has filed the instant complaint for death claim of his deceased wife. Complainant has not filed any policy paper and death certificate. Moreover, complainant has filed one consent letter as annex-G running page 6 of the petition of complaint wherefrom it reveals that complainant had given his unconditional acceptance of the award as full and final settlement in respect of his complaint. Therefore, we find that the relationship between the complainant and o.p. has ceased as consumer and service provider respectively.  In view of the above, the instant complaint is rejected.
