In view of separate joint statement of Shri Umed Singh complainant and Shri Pankaj Nagpal Advocate for opposite party of even date, the opposite party is directed to pay a sum of Rs. 15,000/- to the complainant with interest @ 6% per annum from the date of deposit till actual payment within 30 days from today.      

Copy of order be given dasti to the parties free of cost and file be consigned to record.
