ORDER

 

                        On the last date of hearing also complainant was not present. Perusal of record shows that this Commission has no territorial jurisdiction since the policy was issued by Preet Vihar Office of Insurance Company and claim was also rejected by that office which is situated in East Delhi. In our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable on ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court/ Commission. Limitation, if any be condoned of in the interest of justice for proper adjudication of this matter. File be consigned to record room.
