None present for the appellant.

None was present for the appellant on 22.05.2014, 16.09.2014, 08.05.2015 and 22.06.2015.  On 03.03.2015 counsel for appellant pleaded no instructions.  In view of that SPC was directed to be issued to appellant informing him the next date and the fact that his counsel has pleaded no instructions.  Again on 24.06.2015 SPC vide dispatch no. 2327 despite that none is present today.  This shows that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.  The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
