Today Statement of Sh.Atinderjit Singh Syali recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties and the OPs have renewed the Medical Insurance Policy under the same master Policy.   As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.
So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised.  File be consigned to the record room.
