Today the matter is fixed for admission hearing.

Ms. S. Deb, Ld. Advocate appears on behalf of the complainant and submits that she is not willing to proceed with the complaint case and as such, wants to withdraw the complaint petition with a liberty to file afresh as the complainant is not contacting with her even on her request.

In view of the above, the complaint petition is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to file afresh, if so advised.
