On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainanton 20/09/2019, 21/10/2019 and 18/08/2022 on several consecutive hearings and Counsel for Complainant appeared on 12/01/2023 and failed to show any cause of action & sought time for arguments on territorial jurisdiction as well as filing of additional documents further he did not appear today. Complaint pertains to September, 2019 almost 03 years old. The matter is still at admission stage. Commission cannot incline to accommodate to keep it any further as he is not interested in his own case.  Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation. File be consigned to record room.
