Present :-  Complainant in person.

The matter has been settled between the complainant and OP against an amount of Rs. 2,20,000/-. As per the settlement the OP shall pay the cheque of the settled amount of Rs. 2,20,000/- to the Financer M/s Excellent Agro Products Pvt. Ltd. who in turn, upon receipt of the money shall issue NOC to the complainant.

The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
