Both parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties for an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. OP is directed to make the payment within 30 days from receipt of copy of order. The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
