Both parties state that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. OP is directed to rectify the policy as per the settlement within 30 days from the date of receipt of order. The settlement being fair and appropriate has been accepted.  Complaint is disposed of as settled.   Copy of   this order be given Dasti.
