Both parties states that matter has been amicably settled for an amount of Rs. 1,80,000/-  as full and final settlement.  OP undertakes to make payment within 15 days from the date of receipt of Order through DD/Cheque for which Complainant has also given his consent.

The settlement between the parties fair and appropriate. Complaint is disposed off as settled.   Copy of  this order be given Dasti.
