                   In view of the statement of the counsel for the complainant, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed as withdrawn on technical ground.  The complainant shall be at liberty to file the fresh complaint before the competent authority.  He can take the benefit of the law on the point of limitation under Section 14 of the Limitation Act, in view of the observation made by Hon’ble Supreme Court Laxmi Engg. Works Vs P.S.G. Industrial Institute-II (1995) CPJ-I Supreme Court.  The complaint disposed of.  File be consigned to the record room.
