Today the present complaint is fixed for issuance of notice to OP no.1 on filing of RC/copy of complaint etc. but today neither the complainant nor his counsel appeared before this Commission. Case called several times since morning. It is 3.30 PM.  Waited sufficiently. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the present complaint. As such, we are of the opinion that the present complaint deserves to be dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Accordingly, the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
