                   File taken up today on the application of counsel for decree holder who has stated that the JD has already paid the full and final payment and he wants to withdraw the present execution petition. The statement of learned counsel for decree holder is recorded separately. The decree holder has also placed on record receipt issued by the decree holder in favour of judgment debtor after receipt of cheque No. 832678 dated 24.5.2022 for sum of Rs. 13,45,500/-. As per the statement of decree holder and receipt, it is clear that the decree holder has received the full and final payment and thus the execution petition stands dismissed being fully satisfied.
